Thank you for booking a life coaching session with Myra Lee Speaks. Because life coaching sessions are scheduled services that reserve dedicated time, please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.
Coaching Session Bookings
All life coaching sessions are booked in advance and are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session time.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at:
To receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time may not be eligible for a refund.
At our discretion, we may allow one courtesy reschedule depending on the circumstances.
No-Shows
If a client does not attend the scheduled session and does not provide advance notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Digital Products, Downloads, or Future Store Items
If Myra Lee Speaks offers digital products, downloadable materials, courses, recordings, worksheets, or other digital content in the future, those purchases may be non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
